Containment Procedures
SCP- 42069 (A) and all instances of SCP- 42069 (B) must be kept within the confines of the Site- 31 Care Facility located 3 miles south of Site- 31. All assigned personnel are to receive frequent mental health checks and undergo a series of standardized exams upon ending any shift. No outside liquids are allowed on the premises, any person found attempting to bring liquids into the care facility will be [REDACTED].

Description
Discovered in [REDACTED] on August 7th [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP- 42069 is a currently unknown deity that is worshiped at a crudely made altar that features a 6ft tall vinyl inflatable dinosaur pool float as the object of worship (SCP- 42069 A). SCP- 42069 A projects an aura in a 200ft radius that anomalously turns all liquids drank in its area into a liquid identical to modern baby formula. This substance has enough nutrients to keep an adult human alive as long as it is consumed and is noted to be highly addictive. Upon consumption of this liquid all human adults will begin mentally regressing over a period of [REDACTED] minutes to [REDACTED] days until total brain death (SCP- 42069 B), no direct pattern can be discerned between how fast mental regression takes place. All SCP- 42069 B subjects not fully regressed, but who have consumed the anomalous liquid will be compelled to worship SCP- 42069 A via ritualistic defecation. As consumption of the anomalous liquid continues, subjects will continue to mentally regress until brain death, and subjects will develop a physical dependency on the anomalous liquid. Testing has shown that SCP-42069 A also omits a subtle influence, potentially through some form of memetic agent, that mentally regresses subjects as well. It is not known if the anomalous liquid simply weakens subjects to the mental regression of SCP-42069 A or if it also is a direct cause, additional testing required.

Addendum I:
Further testing has shown that persons with a more “parental” nature regress over a slower period, taking on average [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] days to totally regress. Also, the anomalous liquid seems to be capable of extending a person's biological life indefinitely, however no signs of electronic signals can be detected in the brain.

Addendum II:
We received permission from the director of Site- 31 to test for memetics around the dinosaur and it happens to issue a faint memetic influence. Testing with anti-memetics will begin shortly. The O-5 Council has been reluctant to authorize testing of the anomalous liquid on D- Class citing potential ethics violations.

Addendum III:

Authorization received, preliminary tests using anti-memetics in the presence of Scp 42069 A has seen some effect, moving to liquid testing.

"Alright, Fawny and Jazzie, Please proceed into the facility." Dr. Grey says from a remote location watching multiple cameras and making documentation on the test currently being conducted.

"Copy." Fawny calls back on the radio before turning to her fellow D class personnel, "I don't suppose they told you what all these different drinks are for?"

Jazzie shakes her head no, saying "nope!" while subconsciously shifting the backpack full of various store-bought and homemade beverages, as well as various supplements and unknown pills, "Honestly I'm just glad I don't have to go alone." She continued.

Fawny uses the key they were allotted to open the facility door. Inside appears to be a type of daycare, however the furniture is much too large to be for children. Two foundation nurses stand inside.

"Uh, hello." Fawny gives a small wave to the nurses. Neither responds to their presence.

The radio starts up, "please enter and close the door." The d class personnel do as they are instructed.

"The test will now begin." Doctor Grey announces to them.

The two girls glance at each other. Nurse A comes and removes the backpack from Jazzie. Nurse B disappears through a door reading 'Staff only. No d class personnel beyond this point.' Nurse A begins to take out the contents of the bag and place them on a counter in an organized fashion.

"Sooo," Jazzie trails off. The two begin looking more at the room they are in. Around the room are various nursery items, but enlarged so as to be able to accommodate adults. Items include but are not limited to: crib, changing table, highchairs, baby toys, and shelves stocked with various adult sized supplies.

"Are those… diapers?" Fawny questioned, pointing at the shelves.

"Uh… maybe?" Jazzie replies.

The two go quiet as the staff door opens, Nurse B bringing in what appears to be a deflated object. Nurse proceeds to place item on the center rug and uses a battery powered inflation device to inflate it. Once inflated both nurses leave.

Inflated object is SCP- 42069 A, more commonly referred to as "Speckles."

Jazzie is the first to react.

"Aw its so cute!" She approaches Speckles and engulfs it in a hug.

"Jazzie what are you doing?" Fawny asks with clear concern in her voice.

"Please elaborate" the doctor prompts.

"I dunno it's just cute." Jazzie lets go of the object, "it's squishy and has bright colors."

"Describe the object please"

"It's an inflatable dinosaur. It's mostly orange, has blue patches and soft blue spikes, a yellowish orange underside." Jazzie replies.

"And Fawny can you confirm?"

Fawny affirms, she is seeing the same object.

"It's really big for a… toy?" She adds, unsure of what to call the object.

"And how does the object make you feel?"

Jazzie gave a small giggle, "it seems like it would be fun to ride on. Calm, happy?, I dunno I feel good." Doctor made note of possible regression affects on D class Jazzie.

"I feel worried, this can't be all there is." Fawny answers, "is this really all? Jazzie no don't climb on it you could get hurt!" Doctor made note of D class Fawny’s response as D class Jazzie begins an attempt to 'mount' the inflatable. Doctor remains silent so as not to influence Fawny's response.

Jazzie appears to be playful and giddy as she climbs onto the inflatable's back, "Speckles I love you."

"Speckles?" Fawny questions, the two having not been told anything about the object. Doctor makes note of SCP-42069's influence being active.

The doctor speaks to Jazzie, "and where did you get this name from?"

Jazzie responds, pausing to think for a moment, "I just knew? Like it told me but it didn't." The D class personnel seems to temporarily come to her senses and slides off of 'Speckles'.

"Right. Please each of you grab beverage A."

The two girls walk over to the counter and select the appropriate beverages. They are then instructed to each taste the beverage and report back.

"Why is it milky," Fawny questions, looking into the container to see an orange colored soda, "is this orange cream?"

"I don't taste the orange," Jazzie added.

"Noted." The doctor confirms, "And beverage B?"

Both D class personnel switched drinks and reported the same 'milky' taste.

"What the, this isn't milk?" Fawny could clearly see the liquid was different and was in fact, not milk.

Jazzie can be seen trying to discreetly take another drink of the anomalous liquid.

"Please proceed to C and add supplement 1 before consumption."

"Hey Fawny can you," Jazzie trails off as she struggles to open the bottle containing supplement 1. Fawny opens bottle. Both add to container C, dissolve, and taste. However, Jazzie begins to drink more.

"It's not bad I guess," Fawny watches as Jazzie finishes the drink.

"Mm Speckles milky! Praise Speckles!" Jazzie cheers as she finishes the drink.

"Check-in? How do you feel?" Doctor grey watches his screens intently.

Fawny replies, "I'm okay, uh not really much different. Stable." She sets her drink down.

"And Jazzie?"

"I'm… good! Speckles is good!" She shouts despite being easily picked up via her microphone. She walks back over to SCP-42069 and once again gives it a big hug, "Speckles gives milkies, Speckles loves us."

"I see yes." Doctor makes notes.

Nurse A is instructed to prepare Jazzie's future drinks in a children's non-spill cup and can be seen doing so.

Video continues for 20 minutes with nothing new of note. Jazzie continues to regress. No additives seem to be effective.

Fawny is instructed to consume entire container of liquid G mixed with powder 5. Mixture is ineffective and Fawny begins regression, though is much more resistant to is effects.

"Oh speckles we love you!" Fawny can be seen holding Jazzie in her lap as they both sit in front of the inflatable. Jazzie is sucking her thumb and bouncing happily.

"Pwase speckles!" Jazzie says around her thumb.

Without warning, liquid begins to appear on D class Jazzie's jumpsuit around the crotch area. Liquid continues to spread to Fawny and floor. Liquid is reported to be urine.

Nurse A removes Jazzie from Fawny, Nurse B helps Fawny change.

Fawny is given training panties similar to those worn by toddlers and fresh clothes. She is able to dress herself.

Jazzie does not seem to be aware of the release of her bladder and requires Nurse A to carry and place her on the changing table. She is stripped and placed in an adult diaper, with a bodysuit dressed over and attached at the crotch. She is placed back with Fawny.

Liquids are removed from the room.

"Praise Speckles!" Fawny helps Jazzie up onto the inflatable where she manages to sit upright.

Fawny follows, sitting behind her. The two have an imaginary play session for 30 minutes, occasionally saying 'praise speckles'. Fawny takes on a caring role, guiding Jazzie.

Jazzie begins to show signs of distress, Fawny holds her and tries to comfort. Jazzie cries for 15 minutes until one of the Nurses brings out an adult sized baby bottle full of water mixed with a test compound. Upon visual of the bottle, Jazzie begins to reach toward it.

Jazzie is fed the bottle by Fawny for ten minutes. Fawny coos and treats Jazzie as if she were an actual infant.

Bottle removed upon completion.

Fawny assists Jazzie into crib. D Class Personnel nap in crib for one hour.

Fawny wakes up first.

"Can I get one of those drinks, uh please?" Fawny appears shaky similar to those experiencing withdrawal.

Nurse brings out one of the beverages and allows Fawny to drink. Fawny appears to be relieved and relaxes upon consumption.

Jazzie wakes up shortly, noticing Fawny is not with her. She smiles upon seeing Fawny and reaches out for her. Fawny obliges and helps her down to the floor.

"Ready to play some more?" Fawny asks Jazzie who grows visibly excited.

The two begin collecting toys and various objects from around the room, setting them up around SCP 42069 A, Jazzie by crawling and Fawny walking. Once the toys are arranged to their liking, the two position themselves in front of the inflatable.

"Pwase speklez"

"Praise Speckles"

Fawny bends her knees slightly and begins to clench her muscles. Jazzie gets on her knees and begins to do the same.

Doctor notes that they have begun the ritualistic defecation and signals nurses to be ready when it is finished.

Both D class personnel push until they have defecated fully and proceed to look dazed at the entity known as Speckles. They bow to the entity and "praise Speckles" can be heard several more times.

"Okay can we pick up our toys?" Fawny then proceeds to speak to Jazzie as if nothing unusual had just occurred.

Jazzie gives a happy giggle and the two put everything back where they had located it.

Nurses enter and help personnel clean up. Fawny is placed in a diaper without complaint.

Two will be arranged to be moved to care facility in site 31.
