What is this site?

It's for smut! It's for erotica! It's for porn!

It's to try and bring back the community that was fragmented when Patreon made it better to just follow the one or two writers you really want. But now those writers are struggling to reach new people - this site is for those Patreon writers just as much as it's for those of us who give our content away for free. Patreon and Ko-Fi integration are built in, we want to make it easy for everyone.

All we ask is that if you're a Patreon writer, don't only post teasers - it's fine to post chapters of an ongoing story to build your audience, as long as you promise to put the whole thing here eventually.

The site is likely going to be heavily skewed toward DD/lg and ABDL content initially, since that's its roots, but this site is not ONLY for diaper stories (but it is also for diaper stories). I, personally, write a lot more about BDSM and petplay than ABDL these days, but I also started finding that the story sites available weren't really suited to reading on the phone. The story sites out there are either built on old discussion board systems, try to cover too many things (product discussions, meetups, entirely unrelated to stories), or they're too focused on critiques, or they have no quality control at all.

LegitFic is trying to strike a balance there.

Stories. This is a story site. It's not a photo site, it's not a link sharing site, it's not a chat site. We're here to read stories and talk about the stories here on the site, we're not even necessarily here to discuss the art of writing itself - there are SO MANY Discords out there where these discussions can be had.

There are also NO IMAGES on the site. There will never be images on this site.

What's the difference between Open Mic and Writer's Room?

Anyone can post stories - and only stories - to Open Mic. Each month, the moderators will look at the writers who are creating quality, consistent, and well-liked stories and they'll be invited to participate in the Writer's Room!

If a story is in the Writer's Room, it's from an author that is recognized by LegitFic.

Why do you think this story site is better?

Well, I'm glad I asked. This site is built to be blazing fast on the phone with the ability to keep the comments and discussions out of the way so they don't affect the flow of the story. You're here for the smut, I want to make it easy to read.

LegitFic does not store ANY personal data - we're not even storing usernames and passwords, that's all handled by Discord!

There are a lot of features yet to come - leaderboards, tag navigation, search - but I am only one girl, so it'll take a bit. The best way you can help me is to write stories, add tags, and interact with things! The more data/stories/comments/reactions you add, the more I have to work with!
