Also, it's unclear whether the new comment paradigm is supposed to replace the traditional per-chapter comment threads.

Also, I have a few humble suggestions for some UI improvements. I'm not a professional web developer, but I estimate they mostly they fall into the 1-to-2-hours-of-work category. Where should I/can I share these suggestions?
